Massimo Global was founded with the mission to create a truly unique pathway to prepare healthcare professionals to enter the UK health system. We focus on english language training and exam preparation for professional body registration but double down on preparing candidates for life in a new country.
Our founders have executive level clinical and commercial experience within the UK Healthcare system. Each bring unique skills and a combined belief that Massimo Global is an effective and ethical solution to the workforce shortage in the UK.
Our mission
We're on a mission to solve the workforce shortage in the NHS and healthcare systems across the globe. We will do this by providing services that reduce the barriers for international healthcare professionals in achieving local professional registration. Our goal is to empower and enable talent to seek opportunities overseas and prepare them for life in a new country.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where the quality of care provision is not dictated by a lack of skilled workforce. We wish to see the current NHS nursing vacancy rate drop from the current 40,000 vacancies to below 10. Massimo Global will provide the most complete end to end pathway for candidates to successfully achieve employment overseas.

Professor Prabhu Chinna
Director
Prof. Dr. Prabhu, M.P.T (Neuro), serves as the professor & Principal at MVM College of Physiotherapy in Bangalore, bringing an impressive 24-year journey in teaching and clinical consultation. Founder of Digital Teachings, he is a trailblazer in digital education as an innovator and leader in the field of medical teaching animation and physiotherapy education.
Prof. Prabhu, holding a Master's degree in Paediatric Neurology, has shaped a unique teaching approach using digital animated technology, covering subjects like neurology, radiology, and physiotherapy.
As a lead instructor for an online radiology course, he's a global authority, recognized with awards at prestigious conferences, including AIIMS National Conference and the Indian Federation of Neuro Rehab.
Prof. Prabhu is not only a seasoned academic but also an active contributor to medical literature as a scientific peer reviewer. His passion for education reflects in his role as a recognized PG guide and his significant contributions to workshops, seminars, and CMEs worldwide. His influence extends beyond India, making him a distinguished figure in medical teaching and animation.

Professor R. V. Vijayakumar
Director
Prof. Dr. R.V.Vijayakumar PT (PhD) is a distinguished academician and physiotherapy expert with over two decades of experience in academia, clinical practice, and leadership. Currently serving as Professor & HOD at The Oxford College of Physiotherapy, Bangalore, and Chief Consultant Physio at AXON Specialty Hospital, Bangalore.
Vijayakumar has co-founded digitalteachings.org and is the Co-Director of Steadfast Rehab Pvt Ltd. His commitment to research is evident through publications in national UGC recognized journals and active involvement in guiding postgraduate students at various universities. He has played a key role in guiding students to study and work abroad in almost all parts of the world.
As an internationally accredited speaker and recipient of the "BEST TEACHER AWARD" at Theracon’18 International Physio Conference, Dr. Vijayakumar brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the academic environment, making him a valuable addition to Massimo Global Academy India Pvt Ltd. in providing operations for the Nursing program to excel in their career abroad.
