"our"), we strive to provide quality educational and consultancy
services. However, we understand that there may be situations where
you may need to cancel or request a refund. This Cancellation and
Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and
refunds are accepted.
By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the
terms outlined in this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Course and Service Cancellations:

You may cancel your enrollment in any of our courses or services
within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. The
cancellation request must be made in writing by contacting

After 15 days from the date of purchase, cancellations will not be
eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the specific terms
of the service or course.

If the services or courses have not yet commenced, you may cancel
and request a refund up to the start date, provided the cancellation
request is made within 7 days of purchase.

In rare cases, Massimo Global Academy may cancel a course or service
due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will
receive a full refund, or you may choose to enroll in a future
session at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are eligible only if cancellation requests are made within
the specified cancellation period of 7 days from the date of
purchase or prior to the start of the course/service.

Refunds will not be granted for any cancellations made after the
course or service has commenced, except in special cases subject to
the company’s discretion.
Processing Refunds:

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
from the date of approval of the refund request. Refunds will be
credited to the original mode of payment used during the
transaction.

For payments made via credit/debit card or other online payment
methods (Razorpay), the refund will be processed to the same
account/card.
Non-refundable Services:

Certain courses, services, or products may be non-refundable. These
will be clearly indicated on the service/course details page at the
time of purchase.

No refunds will be provided for any services where the work has
already commenced, or the service has been fully delivered.
3. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Technical Errors:

If you have made a duplicate or erroneous payment due to technical
issues, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue
and process the refund if deemed valid.
Change of Mind:

Refunds will not be granted for a simple change of mind after the
cancellation period or after accessing the course materials.
Denial of Refund:

Refund requests made outside the eligible time frame or for reasons
that do not align with this policy will be denied.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly for any disputes or
concerns regarding payments or services. In the case of chargebacks or
payment disputes initiated through your bank or card issuer, we
reserve the right to dispute the chargeback if our Cancellation and
Refund Policy was not violated. Please allow us the opportunity to
resolve the issue before escalating it through your financial
institution.

We may update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any
time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any
